GBi celebrates 10th anniversary
GeigerBevolo celebrated its tenth anniversary in business with a party on July 14 at the Fine Line Music Cafe in downtown Minneapolis. Friends, colleagues, clients, and family members joined the firm in celebrating the occassion. The healthcare marketing firm was founded by partners Scott Geiger and Chris Bevolo on June 1, 1995.
âItâs been an amazing ten years; weâve partnered with some incredible clients along the way,â? said Bevolo. âWeâre looking forward to another decade of success.â?
The firm, which provides marketing, branding and design services, has worked with some of the top companies in the U.S. such as Hallmark and State Farm Insurance. During the last three years it has established a national reputation for its work in the healthcare industry. GeigerBevolo has won numerous awards including the prestigious 2002 Integrity Award from the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and has been featured in more than a dozen healthcare publications.
In 2004, the firm published the first-ever study of patient experience at the top 11 heart centers in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn. The findings are available in a report titled âOur First Impression: A Study of the Patient Experience at Twin Cities Heart Centers,â? which received coverage in a number of local and national publications.
The firmâs healthcare clients have included North Memorial Health Care, the Minnesota Hospital Association, St. Maryâs Regional Health Center (Detroit Lakes, MN) and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Its most recent client additions include Hudson Hospital of Hudson, Wis.; Foote Health System of Jackson, Mich.; Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital of Grand Rapids, Minn.; LifeSource, managing organ and tissue donations in the upper Midwest, and Aspen Medical Group.
âOur most recent work in designing compelling and differentiated patient experiences has been some of the most rewarding,â? said Geiger. âItâs great to not only help our clients compete in a dramatically changing healthcare market, but also when the work has a real impact on the patients as well.â
